As architects, we are professionally obligated to assist our communities as problem solvers. PAI is an advocate for responsible design that results in beautiful and healthy places respecting, accommodating and contributing to the vitality of our homes. Great design is an investment. Well-designed communities will attract and benefit residents, businesses and visitors and meet the needs of present and future generations alike. Our firm strongly believes we have a responsibility to create enriching, comfortable communities providing choices in housing, recreation, transportation and education. PAI has endowed a $50,000 scholarship fund to be administered by the Northtown Housing Development Corp. This fund is intended to support students in professional architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning programs who have attended high school in the Chaffey Joint Union High School District. The intent of the program is to encourage future design professionals to respect and understand the importance of housing and the role of the architect in creating livable communities. |
